Webafrica does not care about a client

Very dissapointed in Webafrica, I signed up for the R999 per month data and since Sunday I am not able to get connection ( the error I get is please insert sim) I have been in contact with Webafrica since Sunday and get no joy. I have requested a manager to contact me but still nothing
