Webafrica - do not use - they change their pricing from R499 to R599 - without consent

I signed up to receive wifi at R499 - after five months it was unilaterally changed to R599. I am waiting since 1 May 2022 - NO FEEDBACK THE SERVICE via WhatsApp was unsatisfactory - the consultant did not read what was asked and eventually after 45 minutes of my time. The consultant Thapelo was definitely not focused or alternatively not versed to handle the task at hand.
