WEBAFRICA DO NOT USE THEM FOR FIBRE!!

Started paying for Fibre on 23 October 2020. Till this day I'm being billed and still no one has fixed this. Service is appauling. The whatsapp chat sometimes only gets back to you 2 days later (they say its 5 min waiting time).

They also wont let me cancel. this is the worst ISP.

Requested a manager call back 2 times, still no manager call back.

They don't log complaints.

Really only avenue is social media flooding at this point
