Webafrica DO NOT USE! Pathetic Service.

Pathetic, Pathetic, Pathetic... Customer service is non existent. You have the option of contacting them through 1 medium only: Whatsapp. 5 out of 10 times you will get a not stating that no agents are available. The other 5 times you will get put into a queue and answered maybe 1 hour later if you are lucky - by which time you have already either moved onto another subject or are no longer in front of your computer to fix the problem. Adverti*****ts are completely misleading: IP phones and system setup to work with Webafrica is a disaster. IP phones bought through them is supposed tp be setup to work directly with their system - just plug and play - you will receive the phone as factory standard and not be able to install. I would definitely NOT recommend these guys.
