Webafrica do not support them

Will never recommend webafrica as your service provider. Their service is up to ********. Friday 27th of January ive app**** for the service and told them i have already an fibre line with rooter. Saturday the 28th i have received an email i need to pay R249 for my rooter to be deliverd. Phone them told them i have an rooter the lady on the phone told me no problem ignore the email there is a note that says i have my own rooter. So today ive spoken to them everything is fine they told me the next step is waiting for openserve to activate the line and then one of their technical team will phone me to configure my rooter. About 5 min back received an email again i owe them R249 for a rooter. Well there is it these people are not very smart and did not finish school. Phoned them again and this time they told me my account got cancel because of the payment of R249 was not paid. So why do i have to pay for a rooter if i have one. Dont even bother to phone them or deal with them. Because this is one company that i will not refer anyone to
