An absolutely terrible service provider to deal with! installed my fibre with them and I was unable to be present when installation was taking place, they **** to my mum that they had used 30m of cabling and could not put the device where we required it, I only get signal in my lounge, the installation was done terribly, after trying to get ahold of them only mean was via whatsapp no calls are taken, whatapp representative stated that they are not responsible for that, then who is? his suggest was that I pay for a callout when I just put the device a day ago. ******* of a company, please do not use this service provider.
