Webafrica? Do I need help or do you?

Initially in Jan 2022 when I signed up with Webafrica things already went pair shaped. It ended up being a passwords issue apparently, not even in my control. Got a free subscription month for that.

We then moved houses after about 9 months and suddenly have a bill for almost R4000. I understand that moving from one premise to another there will be costs involved. But surely not more than 400% of it? We had provider lines at both places already installed. This really confuses me!

I have pages of WhatsApp msgs and engagements trying to get an answer since the 1st of November. Even tried to cancel the whole service. But still nothing gets done.
