WEBAFRICA Dissppointment : Online Order

What a terrible experience. I bought a UPS from them online. Unfortunately the connector type did not suite my laptop. When trying to return the item , I was sent from pillar to post. Then told I cannot return the device because I have received it. So dissappointed. I am definitely not going to advise any of my collegeues to buy goods/services from WEBAFRICA. Even takealot allows you to return goods.
