Webafrica disgusting ISP

What a waste of time. The service will be excellent so they said. The follow was terrible. I had to move house and the area I am moving is not fibre ready. I have been trying to cancel my service via the customer zone and no luck, you cannot cancel via the customer care agents...who to me are from another world...with there delays in responding. I am totally disgusted by their lack of customer care. To cancel something they say is not even on a contract just month to month. But I have been paying for a service I am not using and cannot get any assistance in cancelling. I found a email address which is inactive... because they have a WhatsApp response but cannot cancel via them. I hope all other potential customers take not of this kind of *******. I should have trusted my instinct when I so that guy on the add. If anybody wants to respond or help please do.
