Webafrica disgusting

I'm so disgusted with the service. I'm having connection issues and been sending WhatsApp messages and I started talking to a robot then my chat was disconnected. I even tried to call the activation line and no response for days. Mind you I paid for the service and no one cares, but when it's time to pay they disconnect my services. Even now no connection 😡😡😡
