Webafrica frustrates its customers when they try to cancel their service.Avenues to personally talk to a call Centre agent dont exist and they pass you from agent to agent on this whattsapp profile with the intent to frustrate you and to continue billing you. I have spoken to more that 8 agents on Whattsapp and they all blatantly **** and said someone will assist in the cancellation and no one did. They are: Phaphama H, Jessica, Lameck Masekwameng, Jameson, Minentle M, Sagwadi Risenga. also installation of a second service was a joke.
