Webafrica disappoints after 42 months of network bliss

I've had unstable fibre internet for the whole month of August 2026. I've been with WebAfrica for 3 years and a half. This experience is confusing because the our track record with WebAfrica was nothing but smooth sailing. So it was fitting to be patient with the online chat agents, who tried to resolve the issue on their side. Their efforts did not help me at all. Ive even gone to the extent of purchasing a new faster wifi to try mitigate the network instability. That too did not work. Pages take very long to download and uploading is just as worse.

A fault was logged with VUMA on the 2nd September 2026. Webafrica indicated to me that their turn around time is approximately 72hr working days. The Webafrica network team will get back to me. Its the 11th September 2026 today. Its far beyond their response time. Webafrica has informed me that they've escalated my fault.

I cannot go another month with stagnating internet at home. Our home functions on internet connection. If this is not resolved soon. I would have to cancel my month to month contract with Webafrica. And I would like the cancelation processed effective immediately. The 1 month notice period must be waived. I have been patient enough.
