WEBAFRICA DISAPPOINTING service and empty promises

Webafrica service response and commitment is VERY VERY POOR. They have promised me a new router for 4 weeks. It's been cancelled, delayed, promised, and seems to be stuck somewhere in the process. They don't follow up, they don't treat anything as urgent. They route your call to another agent, then it gets lost. They don't call back. They should manage customer service better and get someone to ensure the success of an order, a service. I pay for this , well I give money away and they don't bring their part. REALLY disappointing.
