Webafrica disappointing service

I'm very disappointed with the service I've received from webafrica throughout the three years I have been a client, it seems they use every opportunity to make you pay unnecessarily. The agents are slow to respond, the web service is problematic, cancelling the fibre is a hurdle then you are charged for "late cancellations" when infact you were unable to cancel on time due to their poor platforms. The agents do not give much support in the form of vital information that have led to more charges
