WEBAFRICA - DESPICABLE SERVICE

I have been having issues for 2 weeks just to get activated. The customer service is despicable. Monies went out of my account without any authorisation on 4th May 2022 and till date I am not activated. I have asked on numerous occasions to be sent to the customers experience manager but nobody has contacted me.
