Webafrica Delete me from your system I don't have a account nor a service with you

in Jan 2020 I went onto Webafrica website just to see what services they had to offer, 4 agents contacted me back and had to fill in some information online, there after they will assist me. I didnt apply for any services and just wanted information on there packages. From Feb my account has been debited for a service i didnt even agree on or apply for, I have been trying from Feb to get through to webafrica every month R 3500.00 is been debited from my account, i cant cancel i cant get through to them , no one calls me back nothing its now November this is still happening, i am so frustrated and so upset. My bank cant remove them as they have some sort of block that only webafrica can remove, every month R 3500.00 is debited and there is no way i can even reverse this money. I have spoken to a agent by the name of Hilton, buts he never got back to me with any feedback or information , i am been billed for something i dont even have. I have a write affidavit as well from the police station. If they dont remove me from there system immediately i am gonna take this up further with social and the law. Angry
