WEBAFRICA - ******* DEDUCTION

I have just had a conversation with web, I canceled my account - Wifi_ in February but they are still detecting, they were supposed only to deduct March but they did it it in April and May. Now I am being asked for proof of the conversation and when I ask for a recording there is also a story. I did not cancel because I did not like them, I canceled because I had to call so many time, with the Wifi down so I decided that when I move I am not using them. What is it with these Companies thinking we can afford them? And the extra they decided to charge?
