WebAfrica deducting funds after cancellation

<div>We have been with WebAfrica over 3years. When we cancelled the contract because we were moving into a new place which had existing wifi. They first said that they will cancel the contract. Then from 1 Feb notice it is one calendar month to 1 March, but for them they say it is only end March. Why pay for a month of no usage? They did not arrange for the router and end the chats then they want us to pay. We have bee struggling with this since the start of March where they keep deducting funds from my account and now it also includes arrears which there are none and the cancellation and router bills. This is ridiculous and every time that I reverse the funds they cost me money. How can we trust people who only wants to put blame on others and make money.</div>
