Webafrica decline to refund me my money

Evening so webafrica did me bad and their service for me was not professional in any way cause now my money is gone no service and am not happy , so i paid for fibre on the 29th december since that day it was not activated , i tried getting help but al the agents took me from pillar to post , on the 14th day i decided to cancel ther service cause i wanted to subscribe to another service provider so i asked the agent wil i get my refund if i cancel nd she just said they wil het back to m in 24-48 so after that i contacted them yesterday and they telling me they wont refund my money and they did not offer any service from the day i paid so is this fair
