WebAfrica - dazed and confused

Absolutely awful. I purchased 2 x installations for two sets of old people and 1 went in fine. I then added the second one, they delivered their router in a hurry but there is no Vumatel POA there. This is since beginning of January. When I tried to resolve this they ended up cutting off the original line. Their Whatsapp service is **********, you wait hours and then the people are so confused they mess everything up. Avoid
