Recently i have ordered fibre from Voomatel. I have made a payment of R399.00 to Webafrica. Voomatel sent out their techs to the installation, however they informed me that they chatge a seperate fee for digging trenches,which is R50 a meter. They did not proceed as we did not have the money to pay the techs who is a sub contractor to Voomatel. I then called Webafrica and informed them on what happened. They said that there is 30m free cable and 30m free conduit and 5m free trench digging. Then they arranged another date for the installation almost a month after. However no technicians showed up for the installation. Im still trying to get hold of them where i am unsuccesful. Web africa is not transparent in the way they are handling their business as now that i have paid them notjong is being done. Theu also dont inform their clients about what they should be responsible for payment. This is ****************.
