You can spend days trying to get a problem sorted and even then theres no guarantee it will be sorted. I asked one of their agents to let me know how to cancel my account as i am emigrating, oh dear he actually never knew how to do it and kept telling me to use the customer zone who in turn tells you to Whatsapp one of their agents, what a shambles. Beware the only way to stop them taking your monthly payment is to cancel your bank account.
