If you ever decide to join WebAfrica think twice.I was a WebAfrica customer for 5-6 years as I couldn't afford it anymore I had to chat to a consultant on Whattsapp because there is no contact number to reach WebAfrica.i gave the consultant instructions to cancel my service on the 1st of March as she said I need to give them a month cancelation notice and paid for the month of March I asked the consultant to cancel the debit order on my bank account for April, come April the 2nd my bank account got debited for the month of April when I enquired about it they told me I didn't give them a month cancelation as I had to give them notice at the end of February.I returned the router on the 13th of March after paying for the whole month.I think they are just being dishonest and how many other people got ****** like this as all my years I believed from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month is a full month so think twice before joining WebAfrica
