The most ****ed and useless service provider to ever come across. Getting hold of them it’s an impossible task, was on chat from 7am till 2pm and the issue was still unresolved. Requested for a downgrade and was told to wait for the 1st of September and when the date came the downgrade didn’t happen and I was told the order was cancelled and yet I’m still being billed for the old service I no longer need.
