I paid webafrica for Fibre on th 27th of September already and uptill today they still didn't come install the fibre I tried calling them and chatting to them on there live whatsapp but no one is helping me and now they want me to make another payment they want to rob me I just want to know are they going to come install the fibre or are they going to give my money back
