I've been transferred to one agent to the another without getting any help,my router had a problem with connection,they came and they put the new one,also with the same problem,they came again with the third one I was told mine was with someone else and the one that I had was for that person ok,then the problem started when I was paying my bill,remember they changed the router timeless,here comes the problem I pay my bill to the old reference wich was webafrica ASDV told me that they didn't receive any money ,so told call webafrica cause they told me I paid to webafrica, then webafrica told me to cancel my service with ASDV cause its only way they will able to activate my account and hell yes I did that ,since from 13 of April till today webafrica transferred me to one agent to other its like I'm fool now they told they refund me within 24 to 72 hours every after 72 hours they will tell me the same story,I will make this viral believe u me to all social media it will trend,you have a poor bad service i want to be connected or give me back my money
