If I could give a zero I could. I have never had to deal with a more inefficient company in my life. I moved into a new apartment and stupidly signed up with Webafrica on advice of the landlord. I still do not have a connection and spend hours every day on the whatapp chat. I speak to a different person each time and each time I get a different problem. Vumatel can see what the problem is but Webafrica have to fix it and they are incapable. NEVER use Webafrica.
