Webafrica customer support useless

So i reside in phoenix stonebridge area and for the past five hours our wifi services has been down.when trying to contact webarica bia whattsapp and the online platform theirs no response just a stupid bot that keeps us on hold stating that an agent online would assist which never happens.

Webafrica vumatel i will ne cancelling my prepaid services with you people,you deduct from my account every month on time yet your customer service stinks you people never follow up with customers with regards to feedback on disfunctional technical services pathetic....we are being ****** for time lost during outages which is unfair.

I will be switching to another service provider with immediate effect and request my full refund into my bank account.
