Webafrica customer support does not exist.

It's impossible to get a resolution to a query with Webafrica's chat line. Spent hours to no avail. I want to cancel a package but can't do it without going onto the chat - and nothing ever happens on the chat except wait, wait, wait and wait some more until one gives up...
