WebAfrica customer services is a suicide line

I have cancelled my MTN Wifi through Webafrica because they have done nothing to remedy my non connectivity on MTN Wifi: 4 days without connectivity at all in December. No connectivity every hour on the hour for between 7 to 17 minutes *average). Calls to their help line bears no result. Help tickets opened and closed within a minute. We pay for a service we do not receive.Apalling.
