WebAfrica - Customer Service, What's That?

I wish there was half a star I could choose. Webafrica have no concept of customer service. I was debited days after making payment and according to their accounts team, it's correct. I've requested contact from a manager on multiple occasions via their terrible and only form of communication , Whatsapp, but still, I wait in anticipation.

Absolutely disgusting. From all the reviews sent, I can see that no really provides updates from WebAfrica. #webafricasucks
