Webafrica Customer Service or lack thereof

After having internet connection drop at 17:00 30 June 2025, we follow due process and speak to their whatsapp consultant (BOT), i cannot fathom that there is no human intervention, no call back and no sense of urgency with a promise of resolution. We will be cancelling as your customer service is lacking! Will take my money elsewhere thanks!
