Webafrica customer service levels similar to that of home affairs

Their Libe speeds are great.... However they have the most useless customer service in the world. When ever I need to report my line being down it takes them over 2 1/2 hours and still no assistance sometimes the problem is resolved before I am even connected to an agent. They seem to be using WhatsApp as a way to frustrate their customers. It is a completely different experience to when I wanted to sign up they emailed and phoned non stop so ease bare this in mind when signing up with them
