Webafrica Customer service is ridiculous

Webafrica offers a great internet service — when it's working. Unfortunately, their customer service is absolutely pathetic. The live chat and WhatsApp support staff often seem unable to understand even simple queries, making it frustrating to get help when something goes wrong. It's clear that written communication is not their strong suit, and it seriously impacts the overall customer experience. Webafrica should strongly consider offering a call-in support line with trained agents who can communicate more effectively. Until then, dealing with their support team feels like an uphill battle. i feel like im chatting to an illiterate person
