Webafrica customer service is pathetic!!

Webafrica is the worst fibre service provider!! I've been trying to make a payment to reconnect my service and it's taken several days, chatting to numerous agents, multiple escalations and to date the payment link hasn't been sent. I wait hours to be connected to an agent, only to be transferred to various departments. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS SERVICE PROVIDER, NOBODY CAN ASSIST YOU!! I'm now having to buy data on a daily basis while waiting for them to send a payment link.
