Webafrica Customer Service Is Horrible !!!!! Would not recommend 0 stars

Horrible customer service. I got debited and they paid the wrong account, switched off my line. Took me half a day to get an agent to assist, they advised me they will allocate the payment to the correct account but this will take 3-5 business days. 4 days later still nothing, I paid again and asked for a refund. They give me the run around asking for proof of payment on a debit order!!! ****ing stupid!! I send them all the proof, a payment notification from them, my statements and still their finance team don’t want to refund. Useless I would not recommend. They will sell you a service fast but when you are a customer there is literally little to no support.. you cannot call them and they will not call you ****ing useless I want my money
