Webafrica customer service is bad

I paid my account today ,yes it's reflecting but my problem is that It didn't go where it's allocated. I have tried numerous time to fix but till now it's not fixed. Their Whatsapp is just ridiculous as I haven't been assisted till date..yoh webafrica can give you a headache geez!!!
