Ive been struggling to get a simple invoice from Webafrica for the past 4 months. Every single month i have to contact their support who are completely useless, they send me from pillar to post every single day and give **** generic answers which are all lies and no one seem to help find a solution. There is no way to escalate them apart from giving every support agent a negative rating. There is no complaints department and no one know what they are doing. Although the internet speed they provide is great, their customer service is absolutely **********.
