WebAfrica Customer service is a disgrace!!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever, we stay in Durban Kloof and we had some ******s that rad up the fiber cable and disconnected our cables, we have been struggling for 5 days straight and still struggling to get someone to come out and repair it, we kee getting escalated to the next consultant with no help what so ever, Absolutely disgusting and a disgrace!!
