WebAfrica - Customer service fails.

WebAfrica is terrible. I would not recommend anyone use them. They only have a whatsapp line for support. Everytime i contact them via whatsapp with any issues it takes forever to get help. Today as an example i contacted them at 11:00 and by 14:00 the bot keeps saying that they are trying to get someone to help me. Then Zunaid starts helping me for 5 minutes then lets me know he is going on lunch. This company has got no idea what customer service is. I would much rather use my money by another ISP. In my opinion i would suggest you do the same.
