Webafrica customer service consultant have very bad communication skills. Hours waiting time before help
Webafrica customer service consultant have very bad communication skills. Shumani is an online/whatsapp consultant who will not respond back with any attemp, she remains silent probably hoping you'll endchat as they repeatedly give you that option after waiting an hour. Yes with Webafrica you must wait pver an hour to get help.
