After purchasing my LTE router last week Tuesday it arrived within a day of my online registration and the set up was so easy as they provide a step by step guide on the set up. I had a bit of a struggle to get the sim activated it only went live after 4 days and a request to their onboarding service department. I nearly lost my temper with an agent that didn't seem keen on assisting as he mentioned its an automated system I need to wait 48 hours , and that's it, that was his only reply (this was four days later by the way) maybe Daniel could use some customer care training and take notes from fellow colleges. However to both Zubair and Jean -Pierre who eventually got me up and running within a few hours thank you for your kind and friendly assistance, Jean -Pierre went above and beyond to make sure that I had the settings correct and waited online with me for almost 45 min to make sure that I was comfortable with the activation request before ending the chat! Thank you both keep up the awesome work, little tip please change the WhatsApp settings of willie the bot so that I can request the agent that I would like to speak to as for Zubair and Jean - Pierre are my preferred agents!
