WEBAFRICA CUSTOMER CARE A DISAPPOINTMENT AND DISGRACE

And its another month and Webafrica once again deducted R529.00 from my account and I'm still running a 20/10 package for which should be charged at R399.00. And this after many confirmations via there disgraceful whatsapp group that my account is in order for deduction of R399.00. I'm trying again now 01 August 2024, to make contact with them via whatsapp and customer zone. Once again I say they are liking this communication platform so we as customers have the run around when and if we make contact with a agent and messing with our finances.
