WebAfrica Customer Care

Whilst I can not fault WebAfrica for their promised speeds, their Customer Care during downtime is absolutely shocking. The WhatsApp interactive service takes forever, and when it does work - there is no follow up or feedback given. I have been trying to get hold of Janine Scullard for the last month and she refuses to return calls. Rory Santamaria, Iman Barends ... consultants, but please dont make promises you cant keep.
