I have two services from them and 1 of them has been online for 2 days in the last 30 days and I'm usually offline. When you ask for their help the agents( Sandisiwe ) simply just leaves you to talk alone. Was informed my services were Canceled without my consent and another agent told me I'm active. No one there knows what they are doing.
