Webafrica cost me time and money
The worst experience with service and communication I have ever had. After struggling with their chat system for many days, I tracked down the CEO on LinkedIn out of frustration. He said he would intervene, but it was still a week before my service was restored. In the meantime, the service is down again and has been down for two weeks. In the process of cancelling the "service" using their utterly frustrating chat system, I have been referred to four different consultants. At the time of writing the cancelation is still in progress.
After giving the CEO direct feedback that the chat service and messaging system is frustrating, and that it takes too long to get my internet restored I am happy to now post this review on a public forum.
One of the worst ideas ever was to move away from Vodacom Fibre direct to save R 180 rand a month. It has cost me many thousands in cell data to cover the poor webafrica uptime. Worst is the many many hours trying to deal with consultants via the chat system.
The only thing they are good at is sending you the bill on time and deducting money from your account.
DO NOT USE!
To add insult to injury there is a so called "clawback" after they cost me money without providing anything that could be perceived as a service.
