They charge he you R249 rand immediately to deliver a router I told them I already had. When calling them it was virtually impossible to get that money back. After twenty four hours having no response in connection of the fibre I cancelled the contract. A week later and still waiting for my R249 refund. This service is the most unfriendly I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favour rather go pay the extra R30 and go with Mweb. Webafrica still needs to learn how to provide a good service.
