Webafrica contact problems
Webafrica, you have to have a way for your customers to contact a person telephonically. A number of people I have spoken have expressed serious problems that can't be resolved without talking to a human being. I have a small billing problem and tried to contact you using your unusable Whatsapp chat but it doesn't respond.

02 Nov 2020, 14:11Webafrica is not interested in my problem. I have not heard from them. I have tried to contact them since 8.30 this morning, no go. The billing number remains unanswered and it suggests one uses the Whatsapp chat. that doesn't get answered. I can get through to Sales (naturally) but they just want to transfer me to Billing, that just is not answered. Now 14.10 I can't even get through to Sales. I guess they'll just cut my Internet off and remain uncontactable.
