WEBAFRICA - CONNECT MY SERVICE!!!

This morning 01/08/2024 I turn on my laptop to start my day of work and could not connect to the internet to find that my service was disconnected and the link led me to WebAfrica informing me that I am out of data. I've been a client of theirs through my small business for many years and have x2 accounts that is through debit order. I recently moved and planned way ahead and had to switch from Octotel to OpenServer due to Octotel not being in the area. The move, the provider OpenServe came out on the 19th of July to activate my line and within an hour I had fibre. Web Africa billed me for the pro-rata new package from 19 to 31 July and the move fees that went off by debit order and for the full month of the Octotel service. This morning on the 1st of the month I am without Fibre and immediately tried to contact support that is only available by whatsapp. I tried to explain to Duduzela (seems all their consultants names are Duduzela). Got told its because I havent paid, yet I am a business and have debit order in place. I checked with my employee who is also on my account through Web Africa/Frogfoot if his fibre is disconnected and he is up and running. The two accounts are on one invoice. The one Dudu told me I must make payment of EFT but if I go on client zone it shows I owe Zero as debit orders are in progress. I sent screen shots, emails from no reply WebAfrica that my move was ordered, successfully executed, pro rata invoices paid (via dt order)... Then reply that its being escalated. Then I get an automated msg that the chat has been closed. Hours later I tried again with "another DUDU" and had no info on what the support request logged earlier as the "other Dudu". I took x12 screen shots of the interaction I had and then got told that my line is active and I must reboot. I tried to call the call centre but to no avail as you get thrown back to whatsapp support and nobody knows what my query was. I am still without fibre and the nature of my business requires big files to be sent and received. I had to buy data from my mobile provider over R500 to use as a hot spot to work. This is ridiculous that there is just no personal service for an issue that is lying with their billing side and as a customer for 8 years (maybe more), that not one of their Duduz are willing to step up and sort out an issue that is on their side.
