Webafrica.... Completely useless!

Worst service I have EVER experienced in my life!!! I suggest that no one ever goes with webafrica. Their service is utterly poor and no one ever comes back to you on a query or anything. I placed my order with them on the 9th June. With my order I stated that I already have fibre at my house and indicated that I have the white box inside my house. after a day or 2 I got another email stating that Openserv will come to my house to install or I need to inform them that the installation is already complete. So with that I emailed them again stating that the installation is already complete and all they have to do is deliver the router. Since that day I heard nothing from them, I lodged queries on the customer portal and nothing happens, I try phone them and nothing happens and if you phone you wait for about 45min to an hour before someone picks up. Worst service I have ever had and luckily I still have time to cancel before they take my money.
